5. Condition and diminished value

A consumer may inspect goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, comparable to inspection in a shop. The consumer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that necessary inspection, where legal requirements are met.

6. Reimbursement

Following a valid withdrawal, payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered where legally required, are reimbursed within the statutory period. Additional express-delivery cost is not reimbursed beyond the standard-delivery amount.

7. Withholding reimbursement

For a sale of goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods are received or the consumer supplies evidence of dispatch, whichever occurs first, unless collection has been offered.

8. Refund method
