1. Order processing

1. Fourteen-day right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from a qualifying distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period generally begins when the consumer or a designated third party other than the carrier receives the goods, subject to the detailed rules in German law.

2. How to withdraw

Before the period expires, send an unequivocal statement identifying the decision to withdraw. Include the customer name, order number, products concerned, date received and contact details. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet the notification deadline.

3. Return after withdrawal

After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and within the period required by law. Return instructions will be provided after the notice is received. Do not send goods to an address not confirmed for the return.

4. Return costs

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning goods following an ordinary withdrawal where that obligation was properly disclosed and German law permits it. We bear appropriate costs where goods are defective, damaged before risk transferred, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.

5. Condition and diminished value

A consumer may inspect goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, comparable to inspection in a shop. The consumer may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that necessary inspection, where legal requirements are met.

6. Reimbursement

Following a valid withdrawal, payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered where legally required, are reimbursed within the statutory period. Additional express-delivery cost is not reimbursed beyond the standard-delivery amount.

7. Withholding reimbursement
